Tantrik Dus Mahavidya Sadhna of Dussehra

Navaratra Pooja of Dussehra is one of the most auspicious festivals celebrated all over India, primarily in North and East India. This festival is continued for nine nights and ten days. For continuous ten days all the forms of Shakti (Goddess Kali, Maha Vidhya Devi) is worshipped by the devotees. Some devotees stay on fast for all days, few offer daily offering for continuous ten days.

During Navaratra devotees or sadhak should perform DUS MAHA VIDHYA SADHNA to please the goddesses. Dussehra is celebrated as the ten days of worship for Dus Maha Vidhya Devi’s. Each day is devoted to one Shakti swaroop of Goddess Kali.

We are mentioning the brief description and process of DUS MAHA VIDYA SADHNA which should be performed by devotees during these ten days.

The devotee should at least remain on fast for one day during the Dussehra Pooja. For Sadhna the devotees should wear a single colour dress for all 10 days. Wearing Black dress is considered the most auspicious. However Red and White colour dress can also be worn.

The devotees who are not willing to perform any Sadhna can also do DUS MAHA VIDHYA Pooja by chanting the mantra for 108 times. However, the Sadhak who want to attain siddhi and enlightenment need to chant the mantras for 1100 times. For special siddhi the process needs to be taught under able guidance.
