Inauguration of Vishnu Maha Yagya
Jagatguru Vamacharya Sewak Sanjaynath recently inaugurated the Vishnu Maha Yagya at Bhagalpul district of Bihar on 19th April 2011.
The Vishnu Maha Yagya started on 19th April 2011 and will last for the next nine days.
Jagatguru addressed around 10 thousand devotees during the inauguration ceremony and reminded them about the importance of Yagya and religious activities.He mentioned that any state, country where there is no respect for women, girls and old people can never progress.Respect for women and girls is the way for a peaceful and progressive society. He requested the villagers to pay respect and take care of the women and young girls.
He also mentioned that now a day’s people are not taking good care of their parents and the culture of making old age homes is increasing in India also. He said that this is not part of Indian culture and we should try not to encourage this practice. Young generation if notices that their parents are not taking care of their grandparents , then they should also stop caring for their parents.
